    Hello Andrew,

I would just like to take a minute to thank you for this great amount of useful information you have given us it has been very helpful. The question I would like to ask you is – I still don’t have any idea of what niche that I would like to get into so could you please give me a few ideas of niches in which I could do a lot of cross selling and promotional packs including bundles.

I am getting ideas for single product which could sell well but I don’t think a single product can be sufficient for a business. If possible could they be small niche with high ROI return and unbranded products which I could package and brand myself. I would like to thank your time.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Thanks,
    Abdul

    Dear Abdul,

    Many Thanks for your question.

I do receive similar questions on a daily basis, and my answer is always the same – no one can give you a niche on the plate, ready to use. It’s a work that has to be done by you. If you own the Easy Auction Business video course, I would strongly recommend you to go with the process explained there, step by step so that you find that perfect niche for your situation.

Make sure you keep in mind all the factors, like:

    • Money you can invest in stock (so that your buying power is enough)
    • Money you can invest in marketing
    • Storage space
    • Branding possibilities
    • Personal interests
    • Etc.

As for single products – it’s not true that you can’t build a business around one single product. Yes, you may miss a lot of up-selling & cross selling opportunities but still – it can be a viable and sustainable business. For single products you can always up-sell video course/e-books, extended warranty, personal consultations, sell consumables, create subscriptions, create different versions – basic, de lux etc.

A good example on how a single product can be turned into a successful business – As seen on TV, TV Shop stuff. They usually promote just one, single product which is usually very cheap to produce, with astronomical profit margins.
You can do the same thing on the web – create a simple website, based around just one product. Of course, it has to be a product that can be sold alone, like a fitness system or house alarm kit. You can’t sell just single pair of shoes; no one will buy them as when shopping for shoes, people need options – styles & colours.

So if the product can be sold separately, you can build business around it! Besides, it’s very easy to do so – just get a copy of WordPress and turn it into a simple website with articles, product pictures, videos, testimonials, and of course – the Buy Now Button!

To sum it up, I would even recommend you to start with a single item website – simply to learn how it all works, gain experience and customer base! If possible, try to choose a product that can be expanded later on, with additional styles, sizes, colours, bundles, related products etc., so that you can up-sell to your customer list later on!

In a word – just be creative and think outside the box :-)

    Thanks,
    Andrew
