    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for answering my previous question, I know your time is very valuable and you’re extremely busy.

I have a small problem – I want to sell some cheap, plastic products imported from China but don’t know how to put my logo on them.

What would be the easiest way to do this?

I thought about stickers but I don’t think they will look good enough…

    Many Thanks,
    Sophie, Dublin

    Dear Sophie,

    Thanks for your question.

Yes, stickers won’t work very well if put directly onto products (they can look good on clear packaging though).

You haven’t stated what products you want to brand but most likely your best option would be to use screen printing technology – this is most commonly used “printing on products” technique. But this will only work if your products have flat surface.

Another option would be to use stamping (pad printing) technology (this one is usually used to stamp logos on pens) but this will work only with small sized logos.

Either way, I would personally get in touch with your local printing company or company that produces promotional items (mugs, pens etc.) for advice & quotation.

You can also try to find a company that offers screen printing, stamping services online but keep in mind that you’ll have to send your products to the printer – extra costs involved because of the 2 way shipping. Sure, online companies most likely will give you a better quote than local printers so go for it if your numbers add up!

By the way – great to hear that you’re taking that extra step and want to brand your products – not many people do this, leaving a lot of money on the table! So congrats & well done!

Keep up the good job Sophie! :-)

    Thanks,
    Andrew
