I am looking for a manufacturer who can manufacture headphone cables for me, been doing lots of searching but to be honest I am not 100% where to start or who to trust.

You haven’t stated your buying power Phil but I’ll assume it’s a reasonable sum (at least 1000 GBP).

Also, you say – “manufacture headphone cables for me” - does that mean you want to create your own product/model and manufacture it in China? Or you simply want to buy these products in bulk from true manufactures in China?

Then there’s OEM option of course when manufacturer will put your logo on the headphone cables and packaging for you. Quite often this service is free if your order is big enough.

Either way, I would recommend you to take a look at Global Sources magazines:

There you’ll find plenty of genuine, legit & verified manufacturers. Global Sources is much safer platform than Alibaba for example as GS uses sophisticated, multi-level verification process and you can clearly see results of this in a form of STARS Global Sources assign to each supplier.

Still, you always want to make a SAMPLE ORDER before sending hundreds or thousands of pounds to a newly found supplier in China. Most legit companies will offer FREE samples if you cover shipping fee.

Lastly, if your buying power doesn’t allow you to buy in true wholesale, take a look at AliExpress:

There you’ll easily find un-branded headphone cables and similar products for reasonable prices and order them safely using AliExpress escrow service.

WARNING!!! Stay away from any BRANDED products on AliExpress as they all will be 100% FAKES!! This applies to headphone cables, headphones, DVDs and similar products. Remember, China is only good for un-branded products.
